Collective Breath Practice

Breath is the most direct tool to unleash one’s creative potential.

These sessions are personal experiments in which breath is examined as a
means of communication to externalise emotions and thoughts and to reshape
the relationship of individuals and their perspective of life.
Through this close examination not only bodily happenings are sensed but it is also aimed that individuals have meaningful inference which will be motivational for their creative processes.

For this work, participants are invited to ask themselves some questions.
This follows with certain movement practices so that the questions are being
grasped on a bodily level. The session ends with breath integration to enrich
the bodily experience even more.

Supported with ideas by neurogenesis, this process aims to remind everyone of the consistency of brain, body and breath with the claim that new feelings occur via new experiences and this helps us go beyond our memory of ourselves, beyond our analytical mind -and thus for unleashing one’s true potential.
 


Toplu Nefes Pratiği

Bu atölye, nefesimiz ve bir bütün olarak kendimiz arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmaya
yönelik kişisel bir deney niteliğindedir. Nefesim ve bedenim birbiriyle bir ilişki kuruyor mu?

Çalışma öncesinde katılımcılar kendilerine bazı sorular sorar. Ardından hep birlikte hareket ederiz. Zihnin anlama sürecini beden ile paylaşmasına izin verdikten sonra bedenleri hareketsiz bırakır ve nefese oluşa odaklanırız.
